After a long day, it's finally time to race here at the Lowe's Motor Speedway. Mitchell is strapping into the Ergon Toyota and preparing for over 100 laps of action.
The night is growing cooler in Concord, located just outside Charlotte. Rain showers have been in the area, but none have passed over the track. The clouds, however, have dropped the mercury to unseansonable low temperatures for the Charlotte area.
That's great for the engines on these Craftsman Trucks. We'll see great speeds tonight and a lot of action.
